Fans have been wondering for years how Gwen Stefani manages to look the same as she did in the ‘90s.
The 55-year-old singer, songwriter, and No Doubt co-founder has now lifted the lid on her anti-aging secrets.
Best known for tracks like Don’t Speak and Hollaback Girl, Stefani has also built a booming solo career and a successful beauty brand.
And now she’s sharing the tips that keep her glowing.
Hydration Is Key
Stefani swears her wrinkle-free look comes down to one thing: hydration.
She told LVR: “It helps give your skin a youthful, moist glow.”
The pop star insists good makeup also makes a huge difference.
“The magic is in the makeup,” she added.
Overline The Lips
Stefani is famous for her bold red lips — and says overdrawing them is her biggest trick.

When you overdraw the top lip like that, you just get this really pouty look,” she told Glamour.
She claims it’s one hack anyone can master at home.
Never Sleep In Makeup
Another golden rule? Wash it off before bed.
“At bedtime, I always take off my makeup and put moisturizer on,” she told Forbes.
Dermatologists agree that sleeping in makeup can clog pores, dull skin, and speed up aging.
Stefani admitted this wasn’t always her habit.
“When I was younger on tour buses, I’d wash with bottled water,” she told Elle.
Now, she makes sure her skin gets a nightly reset.
Keep It Simple
Despite her superstar status, Stefani insists her skincare is basic.
Her mornings include prayer, brushing teeth, and moisturizing — nothing elaborate.
“I keep my routine simple and just embrace it,” she said.
Sunscreen Is A Must
Stefani says ditching sunbathing in her twenties was one of her smartest decisions.

She admitted to Elle: “Later in life you’re like, ‘What is that?!’ and it turns out it’s from the sun.”
Experts agree sunscreen is essential, recommending SPF 30 or higher daily.
Balance In Her Diet
Stefani has been meat-free since childhood but still indulges now and again.
Her Italian-American upbringing means hearty dishes are a family staple.
She told Bon Appétit: “My mom makes lasagna — one with meat, one just ricotta. I love that.”
Pizza is also a weakness. After one Chicago gig, she once ordered nine deep-dish pies.
Her family polished them off in a single weekend.
Fitness Without Obsession
The singer keeps active but no longer overdoes it.
“I eat clean, do my shows, and work out,” she told Shape.

She and husband Blake Shelton often hit the gym or play tennis together.
“I like squats, lunges, and light weights. Just enough to feel good,” she said.
So while many stars spend fortunes chasing youth, Gwen Stefani’s routine is refreshingly simple.
Hydrate, protect your skin, keep moving, and don’t forget to enjoy the pizza.
