Dutch bodybuilder Jackie Koorn has gone viral after being dubbed a real-life “She-Hulk,” thanks to her striking 24-inch biceps and what she proudly calls her “curvy girl muscles.”
At 33, Koorn has built a physique that blends traditionally feminine curves with extreme muscular strength, and she says she has no intention of choosing one over the other.
Her transformation didn’t start in a gym obsession, but rather during a moment of global disruption.

Like many people in 2020, Koorn lost access to her favorite hobby when the COVID-19 pandemic shut down training facilities. For her, that hobby was kickboxing, a sport she had relied on both physically and mentally.
From kickboxing to bodybuilding
When kickboxing came to a halt, Koorn decided to redirect her energy into bodybuilding. Training alone forced her to slow down and focus on technique, nutrition, and muscle development in a new way.
What started as a temporary solution soon became a passion that reshaped her body and her identity.
“I want to bring something new to the market,” Koorn explained. “I call it curvy muscle, because I want to keep my female curves while also having muscles in a healthy way.”
She emphasized that her goal was never to abandon femininity, but to redefine how strength and beauty can coexist.
Koorn also insists that her look is natural, even comparing her arm size to legendary bodybuilders. Arnold Schwarzenegger’s biceps famously measured around 22 inches at their peak, while Koorn’s now measure 24 inches.
An athletic background and strong mindset
Koorn says her athletic drive comes from her upbringing. Raised as one of six children in a sports-oriented family, she was constantly active from a young age.

She participated in judo, football, swimming, and later kickboxing, building a strong physical foundation long before bodybuilding entered the picture.
Her parents instilled a simple philosophy that still guides her today. “If you want something, you have to work for it,” she said.
That belief, she explains, naturally carried over into her fitness journey, where discipline and consistency matter more than shortcuts.
Extreme strength and a strict routine
Since 2020, Koorn claims she has gained roughly 70 percent pure muscle. She now weighs around 350 pounds, compared to 154 pounds just a few years ago.
Her strength numbers are equally eye-catching. She can reportedly deadlift 330 pounds, bench press 400 pounds, squat 200 pounds, and leg press an astonishing 990 pounds.
Despite the intensity of her training, Koorn says she feels good in her body. “I feel strong, huge, and pretty good,” she said.
She credits a structured diet and consistent lifting for her growth, emphasizing that muscle development comes down to “good food and lifting weights.”

Her diet includes eight eggs a day spread across multiple meals, alongside chicken, vegetables, cottage cheese, and granola.
When cutting, she consumes around 2,200 calories daily, increasing to about 3,200 calories during muscle-building phases.
One person said: “She’s in the gym everyday and dedicated to putting in that work! Good for her.”
Another added: “I’m proud of her, she’s a strong athlete.”
A third commented: “She’s amazing. I hope to see her on WWE!!”
Embracing curves, strength, and visibility
Koorn regularly shares her progress on Instagram, where she hopes to inspire others to embrace both strength and natural curves.
While she acknowledges that putting herself online has attracted criticism and judgment, she remains committed to promoting body positivity on her own terms.
For Koorn, being a real-life “She-Hulk” isn’t about shock value. It’s about challenging narrow beauty standards and proving that power, curves, and confidence can exist together.
