Fans have been left shocked after police revealed new details about the tragic death of OnlyFans model Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves, better known as Anna Polly.
The 27-year-old fell from a hotel balcony in Rio de Janeiro while filming a threesome earlier this year — and investigators have now ruled it an accident.
Alves was at the Mont Blanc Apart Hotel in Nova Iguaçu on January 23 with two men when the incident happened.
Police believe she slipped while trying to climb onto the balcony. They also think she may have taken drugs minutes before her fall, though toxicology results are still being processed.
Disturbing footage filmed from a nearby building showed investigators covering her body with a blood-stained sheet after the fall.
Three men who were with Alves at the time were questioned by police but not arrested. Reports say their stories didn’t match up, and investigators are now going through Alves’ phone for more evidence.
Family and friends also revealed she had been harassed online by subscribers in the past, though it’s not clear if that played a role in her death.
Heartbroken Boyfriend Speaks Out
Alves’ boyfriend told Brazilian media: “All the information about the case is already in the hands of the police and they are investigating. If someone is to blame, they will pay and the culprit will be found. She died in the fall. There was no time to save her.”
In a heartbreaking post about her funeral, he wrote: “As the hours pass it’s starting to sink in and the hole in my heart is only getting bigger.”

Friends remembered Alves as someone full of ambition and positivity. One said: “She had loads of plans, she wanted to expand her presence on social media and she always spoke enthusiastically about her future projects.”
Her sudden death has left both loved ones and fans devastated, with tributes continuing to pour in across social media.
