Cardi B has officially welcomed her first child with NFL star Stefon Diggs, TMZ has learned.
Sources close to the rapper say she gave birth to a baby boy last week.
We’re told Stefon, the New England Patriots wide receiver, was right by her side during the delivery.
Cardi confirmed the news on Thursday in a social media post that instantly blew up online.
She wrote: “My life has always been a combination of different chapters and different seasons. My last chapter was the beginning of a new season. Starting over is never easy but it’s been so worth it! I brought new music and a new album to the world! A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me, one more reason to love me more than anything else or anyone else so I can continue giving my babies the love and life they deserve.”
A New Romance, A New Baby, And A New Era
Cardi recently made her Patriots game-day debut, sitting beside team owner Robert Kraft as she cheered on her man.
She and Stefon got together after she split from Offset last year, ending a turbulent seven-year relationship.
In September, Cardi revealed she and Diggs were expecting. Diggs later slipped up and admitted he was hoping for a boy.
Turns out he got exactly what he wanted.
Stefon already has a daughter named Nova from a previous relationship.
Cardi shares three kids with Offset — daughters Kulture and Blossom, and son Wave.
Fans are now waiting to see what the newest arrival becomes.
Will he score touchdowns? Headline a halftime show? Or become an accountant who wants nothing to do with fame?
Anything’s possible — but for now, it’s celebration time.
Congrats to Cardi and Stefon!
