Woman Shows Brutal Pregnancy Skin Reaction in Viral Video

A Malaysian woman has gone viral after sharing how pregnancy changed her skin in a dramatic and painful way.

Her TikTok video, posted by user @ayyitslala, has gained over 104 million views in just three days.

It shows her face covered in red, inflamed skin, with a rough texture that appeared during pregnancy.

The woman, named Farah Faizal, explained that her skin turned red and textured while she was expecting her baby.

She didn’t mention any official diagnosis from doctors, but the transformation shocked millions online.

Some users left cruel comments.

One wrote, “On today’s episode of ‘1000 reasons you shouldn’t get pregnant’ we have THIS. no thanks.”

Others joked that it was the perfect “birth control ad.”

Some even told her to “sue her husband and the baby.”

But Farah updated followers, saying her skin is getting better now that she’s postpartum.

What Doctors Say About Her Condition

So, what happened to her skin?

Doctor Zachary Rubin shared a video giving his assessment.

He didn’t diagnose her directly but explained a possible condition.

He said, “Pregnancy can affect various aspects of your physiology, particularly with hormones. It can lead to various rashes like what you saw.”

He mentioned a rare skin condition called rosacea fulminans, also called pyoderma faciale.

“It’s a severe kind of rosacea that almost looks like acne, but it’s not, and it’s these large red nodules that can be occurring throughout your face,” he said.

He explained it usually affects younger women and can appear suddenly during pregnancy.
It rarely lasts longer than a year.

“There’s not really a standard of care, but various antibiotics and steroids have been tried for this,” he said.

He added that it often improves after the baby is born.

“I’m very happy to see that her skin has significantly improved since she has been postpartum,” he said.

Her Skin Is Healing, and Her Husband Was There Every Step

Farah confirmed her skin is improving.

She’s been getting treatments at skin clinics and following a skincare routine.

She said, “If you don’t have anything nice to say, please don’t reply. Please have some empathy.”

People also asked if her husband supported her through it all.

Her answer touched many hearts.

She wrote, “My husband was my safe space throughout my pregnancy, calming every fear, holding me through every breakdown, and constantly reminding me that I was beautiful, strong, and loved.”

He went to every appointment and helped with every craving.

She said, “His love made everything feel manageable.”

She Addresses Hateful Comments and Shares Final Message

Farah decided to speak one last time about rude comments.

She said, “I swear, I don’t owe anyone an explanation.”

But she admitted that the comments affected her mental health.

She reminded people that pregnancy hormones can cause major physical and emotional changes.

She wrote, “Yes, I have acne scars. Yes, my skin has texture. Because I’m a human being, not a Barbie doll.”

“Real skin has texture. Real people go through changes.”

She posted a video of herself without filters and said, “It’s still me, still my face, still my truth.”

Her final message was clear:

It’s okay to change. It’s okay to feel insecure. And it’s okay to be real.
