Sharon Osbourne once shared her thoughts on why she found Ashton Kutcher to be the rudest celebrity she has ever encountered.
The outspoken former reality TV star is known for being candid, often sharing her unfiltered opinions, whether people like it or not.
Osbourne, who celebrated her 72nd birthday on 9 October, has built a reputation for her straightforward approach in the celebrity world. So it wasn’t too shocking when she named the rudest star she’s met during a segment on E! News.
She and her daughter Kelly, 39, were participating in a game called ‘Stir the Pot,’ where both were encouraged to divulge juicy details when asked.
Fans were thrilled when the Osbournes announced the return of their podcast in late 2023, but after releasing a few episodes last year, the family hasn’t uploaded any new content since. However, Sharon’s interview with E! News gained traction when she was asked to reveal the rudest celebrity she’d ever met.
Never one to hold back, the former X Factor judge initially struggled to remember the celebrity’s name. “The guy that’s married to an actress and he used to do That ‘70s Show,” she said, offering some clues.
Kelly quickly figured it out: “Oh, Ashton Kutcher? Really?”
Sharon confirmed: “Yes. Oh, rude, rude, rude, rude little boy.”
To emphasize her point, she added: “Rude, rude, yes. Dastardly little thing.”
Taken aback, Kelly responded: “I was not prepared for that.”
Although Sharon didn’t go into specifics about why she holds such a negative opinion of the actor, this wasn’t the first time she had mentioned it.
In a 2018 interview with Larry King Now, Sharon also discussed an awkward encounter with Kutcher on her previous show, The Talk.
She recalled: “I didn’t get on with that one guy, that Ashton Kutcher. Didn’t get on with him at all.” She explained that part of the tension may have stemmed from her forgetting his name, which she admitted still happens.
On a different note, Sharon also addressed another celebrity interaction, this time involving Justin Bieber, for which she expressed remorse.
She revealed: “I have apologized to him before, and it’s Justin Bieber, because he did something. And when I was doing another talk show, I said, ‘He’s really bad, and how can his parents let him do that?’ and all that.” Reflecting on her comments, she added, “And I’m like, ‘Who am I to say that he’s bad? He’s a kid. Leave him alone.’ And I felt really terrible after saying it, and I felt such guilt.”
