MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell Begs for Donations after He Runs Out of Money

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell finds himself in a dire financial situation and has issued a heartfelt plea for donations. Lindell, famously known as the ‘My Pillow Guy,’ is recognized for his unorthodox beliefs surrounding the 2020 presidential election, where he claimed that China interfered with President Joe Biden’s election.

He went to great lengths to support his beliefs, even offering a $5 million reward to anyone who could debunk his election theories. Unfortunately for Lindell, someone did provide evidence that refuted his claims, leading him to pay out a substantial $5 million.

The dispute was detailed in a 15-page report by Robert Zeidman, which highlighted the absence of the ‘packet data’ that Lindell had previously discussed. Initially, Lindell refused to honor his pledge to pay, but when it became evident that his claims were unsubstantiated, he reluctantly fulfilled his promise.

Lindell’s financial woes have escalated further due to ongoing defamation lawsuits brought against him by voting machine companies Smartmatic and Dominion Voting Systems. These companies allege that Lindell’s unfounded election claims have severely harmed their reputations. Moreover, many major retailers have ceased stocking MyPillow products in the wake of the election controversy, dealing a significant blow to the company’s finances.

In July, Lindell revealed that his company had incurred a staggering $100 million loss due to “massive, massive cancellation.” The financial troubles didn’t stop there. In September, American Express slashed MyPillow’s line of credit, and Lindell’s legal team ceased representing him after he failed to pay them millions in legal fees.

As a result of his financial struggles, Lindell made a fervent plea for assistance from his supporters in a recent segment on the streaming platform Lindell-TV. He urged them to contribute to the Lindell Offense Fund, even if it meant giving just $5 per month. Lindell made it clear that all donations would be allocated toward this cause and other vital endeavors.

Furthermore, Lindell shared with Newsweek that the donations would also be used to support the Shasta County lawsuit against the state of California. He explained that the lawsuit was initiated after the state enacted a bill that restricts a local government’s capacity to tally ballots. The financial support from his supporters is critical for these efforts and could help him navigate the current challenges faced by his business and legal disputes.
