Music Legend Tina Turner Has Died Aged 83

Music icon Tina Turner has died at the age of 83 it has been confirmed.

The devastating news was confirmed by a spokesperson of the legendary musician.

Turner’s spokesperson said:

“Tina Turner, the ‘Queen of Rock’n Roll’ has died peacefully today at the age of 83 after a long illness in her home in Küsnacht near Zurich, Switzerland.

“With her, the world loses a music legend and a role model.”

Tina Turner, born Anna Mae Bullock on November 26, 1939, had a legendary career as an American singer, songwriter, and actress. With a career spanning over six decades, Turner left an indelible mark on the music industry and became one of the most iconic figures in popular music.

Turner’s career began in the 1960s as part of the musical duo Ike & Tina Turner.
