Leonardo DiCaprio’s New Girlfriend wasn’t Even Born when Titanic was Released

Throughout his career, DiCaprio has been romantically linked to several models and actresses, including Gisele Bündchen, Naomi Campbell, Miranda Kerr, Blake Lively, Demi Moore, and Kelly Rohrbach.

His dating history also includes rumored relationships with Gigi Hadid, Nina Agdal, Kat Torres, Anne Vyalitsyna, Toni Garrn, and Bar Refaeli. This dating pattern, with many of his relationships ending when his partners reach their late twenties, has become a subject of humor in Hollywood circles.

This time, the spotlight shines on his newest romance with 25-year-old Italian model Vittoria Ceretti, leading to a flurry of attention after they were photographed together, holding hands at a Halloween party in Los Angeles.

However, the internet couldn’t resist a good joke about the significant age gap between DiCaprio and Ceretti, pointing out that she was not even born when DiCaprio’s blockbuster film “Titanic,” which catapulted him and co-star Kate Winslet to international fame, hit the screens in 1997. One Reddit user playfully remarked, “She’s already 25? So she’s got maybe 8 more months of this relationship.”

Another jestingly added, “Well yeah no s**t, the Titanic was released in 1912,” while a third quipped, “Well, Leo wasn’t born yet when the Titanic sunk, so they each missed out on the prior version of the story.”

Prior to Ceretti, DiCaprio’s long-term relationship was with Camila Morrone, a model and actress recognized for her recent appearance in “Daisy Jones and The Six” on Amazon Prime. Morrone, one of the few of DiCaprio’s former flames to openly discuss their age-gap relationship, confronted negative comments on social media. In response, she addressed the negativity, urging people to redirect their focus away from judgment and hostility.

Reflecting on the comments she received, Morrone shared her perspective, stating, “I guess I just hope on this Friday that people learn to live with a little less hatred and place their time and interest elsewhere because living without hatred feels pretty good.” She acknowledged the prevalence of negative commentary but stressed the importance of avoiding situations that would hurt her feelings.

The relationship between Morrone and DiCaprio began in 2017 when Morrone was 20, and they parted ways just a few weeks after she turned 25. Despite the public scrutiny, Morrone decided not to dwell on the negative comments and learned to prioritize her emotional well-being.
