Leonardo DiCaprio was spotted getting close with Teyana Taylor at a New York City nightclub on Sunday night, just hours after enjoying a private dinner with his girlfriend, Vittoria Ceretti.
An insider told Page Six that DiCaprio, 49, met up with Taylor, 33, at The Stafford Room in Manhattan, where she was hosting a party in celebration of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The gathering was part of Taylor’s weekend activities, which included presenting Dionne Warwick as an inductee at the ceremony.
Ceretti, 26, who has been in a relationship with DiCaprio since summer 2023, was notably absent from the event. According to a source, the Titanic star appeared to be having a great time with Taylor, despite his girlfriend’s absence. “They were dancing very closely,” the source revealed, adding that the pair shared “a lot of laughs” and spent much of the night together in a secluded corner of the club.
While DiCaprio’s friends, including longtime pal Tobey Maguire, mingled nearby, Taylor was said to be “very protective” of the actor, ensuring that he wasn’t overwhelmed by people trying to approach him. Despite their seemingly flirtatious behavior, the source stressed that there was no inappropriate contact between DiCaprio and Taylor. “They didn’t hold hands, kiss, or show any PDA,” the insider confirmed.
However, the two did leave the nightclub together around 3 a.m., though it’s unclear if they departed in the same vehicle. Maguire, 49, reportedly left the venue separately around the same time.
Ceretti, meanwhile, doesn’t seem worried about the evening’s events. A source close to both Ceretti and DiCaprio told Page Six that “Vittoria and Teyana are good friends,” noting that the pair were seen together recently celebrating after Ceretti’s debut at the Victoria’s Secret fashion show.
Rumors of a possible romance between DiCaprio and Taylor first emerged in March when they were spotted chatting at a pre-Oscars party in Beverly Hills. However, a source confirmed at the time that nothing romantic was going on between them.
Taylor, who recently split from her husband Iman Shumpert in September 2023 after seven years of marriage, appears to be single. She had secretly filed for divorce in January of that year, accusing Shumpert, 33, of emotional abuse and narcissistic behavior. Shumpert has denied the claims. The former couple, whose divorce was finalized in June, share two daughters: Junie, 7, and Rue, 3.
Despite the rumors, a third source insists that the claims of Taylor and DiCaprio flirting are “BS,” adding that they are just good friends. The two have grown closer while working on their upcoming 2025 film, The Battle of Baktan Cross, alongside Regina Hall, Sean Penn, and Benicio Del Toro.
