Kevin Federline may go to court to ask for an increase in child support from singer, Britney Spears.
When they had originally planned out the terms of support he had not planned on having them full-time.
Sources shared that Kevin currently gets $40k per month for the 2 kids he shares with Spears, Jayden James and Sean Preston.
This amount is is based on the parents sharing the children 50% of the time, whereas the singer currently has them 0% of the time, according to reports.
Sean turns 18 in a few weeks, so the support for him will end soon but Jayden’s financial support will stay in place until June 2025.
$20k is the estimated amount if Federline asks for an increase from the court but that amount could drastically increase if he can prove that more is in fact needed considering he is responsible for 100% of Jayden’s care.
