Kendall Jenner Finally Addresses Plastic Surgery Rumours In Podcast Interview

Kendall Jenner has denied online claims that she has undergone plastic surgery. She addressed the speculation during a recent podcast appearance.

The 30-year-old model spoke on the Jan. 9 episode of “In Your Dreams with Owen Thiele.” She said online discussion about her appearance has become misleading and harmful.

“There’s a whole world on the internet that thinks I’ve had full facial reconstruction,” Jenner said. “I’m not here to convince anyone, but I’m here to tell you the truth.”

She said she has never had plastic surgery on her face. Jenner added that her facial features remain largely natural.

Cosmetic treatments she acknowledges

Jenner did confirm two cosmetic treatments. She said she has had “baby Botox” in her forehead twice.

She also said she has used Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatment, which involves using a patient’s own blood to rejuvenate the skin. She said those procedures represent the full extent of her enhancements.

Jenner said she did not enjoy the Botox. “I didn’t love it, and I don’t love it,” she said.

She said she prefers a more natural look. Jenner said she likes the movement in her face and her eyebrows.

“My eyebrows are so straight and low to my eyes that I actually really enjoy the movement that I have,” she said.

Concerns about online speculation

Jenner said what troubles her most is the online trend of medical professionals analysing celebrity appearances. She said she often sees licensed doctors posting videos about her on social media.

“I think it’s actually really damaging what these doctors do online,” she said. She said they often claim she has had multiple surgeries.

Jenner said she has seen similar videos about friends. She said many of those friends have never had cosmetic procedures.

She said this type of content can influence young people. Jenner said it may encourage them to pursue unnecessary treatments.

“They’re like, ‘Oh, my God, that’s what I have to do to look like that,’” she said. She said some people may then rush into procedures too early.

Jenner said the trend feels frightening. She said it creates pressure around beauty standards.

Nose job rumours and her explanation

Jenner also addressed long running rumours about a nose job. She said even she understands why some photos look suspicious.

“I would believe them if I wasn’t me,” she said. She said older images make her nose appear different.

However, Jenner offered another explanation. She said acne medication may have changed her appearance.

She said she used Accutane to treat her acne. Jenner said a TikTok theory suggests the medication can shrink the nose.

“I swear to god, it’s true,” she said. She told listeners to search the theory online.

Jenner battled breakouts publicly during her early modeling career and has credited dermatologist Christie Kidd with clearing her skin.

Jenner said she dealt with acne as a teenager. She said her nose looked wider when she was younger.

“As I got older, I grew into my nose,” she said. She said it once felt larger on her face.

She strongly denied having surgery on her nose. “I swear to god on everything that I love, I’ve never had a nose job,” she said.

Jenner said she feels comfortable with how she looks. “I love my nose, so I’m ok with it,” she said.

Past rumours and family context

Jenner has previously denied cosmetic surgery rumours. In 2017, she addressed claims about lip fillers.

Those rumours began after she briefly deactivated her Instagram account. Some fans speculated she did so to hide recovery time.

Speculation about her lips returned in 2022. Photos from Kourtney Kardashian’s wedding showed her with fuller lips.

Her comments come as her family speaks more openly about cosmetic procedures. Several members have confirmed their own treatments.

Her mother, Kris Jenner, said in May that she had a second facelift. It was performed by New York plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Levine.

The 818 Tequila founder said she believes the theories that Accutane, which she took for teenage acne, can change the appearance of one’s nose over time. kendalljenner/Instagram

“[My nose is] probably the only thing on my face that’s real,” Kris Jenner joked on “The Kardashians.”

Kylie Jenner shared details of her breast augmentation in June. She listed the size, profile, and surgeon in a TikTok comment.

Kim Kardashian admitted to neck Botox in 2023. She had previously denied extensive cosmetic work.

Khloé Kardashian has confirmed one rhinoplasty. She has also said she uses Botox, filler, laser treatments, and collagen threads.

With many relatives now open about their beauty routines, Kendall Jenner’s claims of minimal treatment stand apart. She continues to insist her appearance is largely natural.
