Erika Kirk Made A Surprise Appearance In Reality Dating TV Show

The surfaced clip shows Charlie Kirk’s widow Erika appearing on a reality television show years before she met the conservative commentator.

The footage has circulated online following Kirk’s death and has drawn renewed attention. Erika, now 36, appeared briefly on the Bravo series Summer House.

In the clip, Erika is introduced by reality star Jordan Verroi, also 36, who attempts to set her up with his roommate Carl Radke, now 40.

Jordan refers to Erika as “beautiful” and notes that she “happens to be religious.” That detail later became significant, as Erika would go on to marry evangelist and political commentator Charlie Kirk.

Carl suggests that Erika may be better matched with Jordan, who had spoken openly on the show about his Christian faith.

The episode originally aired in 2019 and captured her during a night out with friends at a bar.

Jordan later takes Erika on a date during the episode. He describes her as having both “outward” and “inner” beauty.

Their connection, however, was short-lived and did not continue beyond the show.

The appearance marked a brief moment of exposure for Erika on reality television before her life took a different direction.

From reality television to marriage

After her appearance on Summer House, Erika met Charlie Kirk in 2018.

The two later married in 2021. Erika chose not to pursue further opportunities in reality television.

Instead, she focused on her education and faith, opting to complete a Master’s degree rather than continue in the public spotlight.

She later reflected on that decision in a public statement. “To the [people] that sent me insane amounts of encouragement & prayer as I silently pursued this degree,” she wrote.

She added that she made career sacrifices, including turning down an offer to become a cast member on Summer House and other television opportunities.

Erika has said that her relationship with Kirk developed through long conversations about theology, philosophy, and politics.

In an Instagram post shared in 2023, she described the moment their relationship began. “5 years ago today, we sat inside Bills Burgers in NYC deep in conversation and banter over theology, philosophy and politics,” she wrote. She recalled Kirk telling her, “I’m going to date you.”

She added: “Dating with intention to marry is way different than dating to ‘see where it goes.’ Let God write your love story.”

The resurfaced clip from episode 11 of Summer House has continued to circulate as supporters mourn Kirk’s death.

Charlie Kirk was fatally shot in the neck while speaking at an event at Utah Valley University.

The shooting occurred on Wednesday, September 10, and prompted an outpouring of tributes from across the political spectrum.

Turning Point USA focuses on political activism, education, and outreach, particularly among young conservative voters.

As CEO, Kirk is responsible for maintaining the organization’s national profile and internal structure. She works closely with senior staff to manage programming, events, and advocacy efforts.

Her leadership represents a continuation of Turning Point USA’s mission following a period of significant change.
