Lindsay Lohan Finally Shuts Down Face Lift Rumors

Lindsay Lohan (and her publicist) have finally addressed those face lift rumors—and apparently, everyone online got it wrong.

For years, social media users speculated the Mean Girls star had undergone major facial surgery.

One viral post on X even read: “Lindsey Lohan [sic] has the best facial plastic surgery in Hollywood and it’s not even close.”

Another joked about visiting her “surgeon” alongside a meme from Aladdin.

But now, the 38-year-old has spoken out—and she insists the rumors aren’t true.

“When? With What Time?”

In a chat with Saturday Night Live’s Chloe Fineman for Elle, Lohan’s publicist addressed the gossip directly.

She said: “The second she looks any different, they assume she had her face lifted at 37 or 38. It’s so mean.”

Lohan added with a laugh: “I’m like, ‘When? With what time? Where?’”

Her publicist doubled down, saying Lohan’s packed schedule wouldn’t have allowed for such a procedure.

She explained: “I tried to figure that out, Linds, in the last three years, when you had time to do anything, because I know your schedule.”

She continued: “So the haters can hate and be jealous. It just sucks that that’s where they go with women in today’s world. Women can’t just look good to look good and change their lifestyle to be more healthy.”

Lohan finished it bluntly: “You just have to do it and ignore everyone else.”

Skincare, Diet, And A Bit Of Botox

So what explains the star’s refreshed look?

According to Lohan, it’s all about diet, skincare, and less invasive treatments.

“Oh, and some Botox,” she casually admitted. “Everyone does Botox.”

When Fineman claimed she met someone who never tried it, Lohan joked: “It’s like, ‘You lie.’”

Lohan described her daily health routine, starting with a homemade juice blend.

She revealed: “I drink a carrot, ginger, lemon, olive oil, apple juice every morning. I also drink a lot of green tea, a lot of water.”

She added: “I’m a big pickled beets person, so I put them in almost everything.”

Lohan also swears by lemon water mixed with chia seeds for an extra health boost.

Skin Care Secrets Revealed

When it comes to her face, the actress takes her skincare seriously.

She explained: “I’m trying out some serums now that I’m doing—I’m testing them. Also, I’m a big believer in ice-cold water on your face when you wake up.”

But she admitted not every treatment worked for her.

“Did I do Fraxel? I don’t think so. I did Morpheus8 once, and then I realized my skin is so thin that I can’t be doing that,” she shared.

Motherhood also influenced her skincare choices.

“My skin changed after having my son. It got really sensitive. That’s what really made me change my whole routine and diet and everything. I did blood tests, and I was like, ‘I want to know everything I’m allergic to.’ So I cut everything out, and that’s kind of when everything started to change for me.”

Instead of surgery, it’s been about adjustments, patience, and discipline.

Her glow-up, it seems, was earned the old-fashioned way—not by going under the knife.
