Fans have become seriously concerned for Rihanna’s safety after the cops were called to her house in Beverly Hills.
They arrested a man who had reportedly snuck onto the singer’s property to ask for her hand in marriage.
A spokesman for the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to Page Six on Thursday that the man was arrested at her address around 12:30 p.m for trespassing.
The man travelled all the way from South Carolina, and was immediately met with Rihanna’s security team before being able to make it onto her property.
Her team called the police right away and the man, who was dressed in a bright red hoodie and sweatpants, was escorted away in handcuffs.
However, since he did not make it further than the star’s driveway, he had not broken any laws, and was later released and told not to return.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time Rihanna has had to deal with unwanted intruders at her door.
And last time, it was even scarier.
Back in 2018, a man named Eduardo Leon was arrested after he allegedly broke into the Grammy winner’s Hollywood Hills home and waited there for over 12 hours.
Thankfully, Rihanna was away at the time of the break in, but her assistant spotted the intruder and called the cops.
After cops arrived, Leon allegedly told them he was there to have sex with the singer.
He was later charged with felony counts of stalking, burglary, vandalism and a misdemeanor count of resisting arrest, but did not serve any jail time. Instead, Leon was sentenced to five years probation and forced to enter a mental health program, despite pleading guilty to these charges.
Rihanna was also granted a criminal protection order against him.
